01.台灣老農聯合產銷平台
Agricultural products online marketing platform
─ Since 2001 (11歲行動至今) ─
年年遭遇賤價滯銷、老農苦不堪言，一籌莫展之際，當時小學四年級的沈芯菱創新奇想，率先成立產銷平台，四處探訪果園，解決重重難題，至今幫百戶柚農產銷上百萬斤。協助農業E化轉型知識管理、建置鄉土教材啟發學生關懷農業，開創農業網銷先例。
Shen Hsin-Ling grew up in Yunlin County since her childhood, and her ancestors are all tenant-farmers from every generation, she had experienced how the low price of fruit kept farmers in poverty, therefore she established this fruit selling website for the farmers, and it was a great success that had helped dozens of farmers selling more than 130 kilograms fruit and making local teaching materials, creating a precedent for e-Agriculture.

Anan Free Education Website─Compile more than 100 thousand of multivariate learning materials for junior high and elementary school students, enrich digital media videos data pool in subjects like Chinese, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Humanities, History and Geography, and more than 30 thousands e-testing papers, establishing this famous platform in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan had helped more than 6 million students in their studying, and the pages are viewed more than 130 million times on the internet.

基層史料典藏庫 臺灣百年歷史洪流，社會底層常被漠視，沈芯菱立志傳載庶民歷史，深入體察斯土斯民，遍訪台澎金馬蘭綠，至今累積28萬公里車程，拍攝近三十萬幀影像歷史、數十萬字田調和口述歷史，成立數位典藏資料庫，創下5,000多萬人次，廣獲北京奧運等國際各地展出，將臺灣精神邁向世界。以多媒體數位教材，將草根故事深植學子心中，啟發真善美的臺灣生命力。

Sunshine Generation Free Classroom
─ Since 2004 (14歲 ) ─
雲林縣是臺灣貧窮縣市之一，城鄉差距嚴重，每逢暑期常有學生誤入歧途，當年免費課輔風氣未起、眾人毫不看好，沈芯菱成立團隊，克服層層難關，並放棄世界電腦金牌的機會，愈挫愈勇、堅持到底，教導偏鄉75位清寒學子，從自卑到自信，及紀錄成冊推廣全國，帶動各地免費教學如雨後春筍般興起，建言政府落實弱勢教育政策。
Sunshine Generation Free Classroom─Free English Teaching Free tutoring after school was not popular in earlier times, the tuition of summer time cram school had become so many parents’ burden, summer school therefore generated and had taught 75 students whose families couldn’t afford the tuition of cram school, and it had been documented into books and its impact was nationwide, opened up a new page for free teaching custom in Taiwan.
05.一元柳丁促成政府創九五機制
The Orange Campaign
─ Since 2005 (15歲 ) ─
年復一年的果賤傷農，沈芯菱隻身不畏壓力，義無反顧投書，國中女生對槓政府成為全國關注數月的頭版焦點。再毅然發起「全民吃柳丁」運動，政府在社會輿論壓力下，終於制定九五機制，回穩價格，近年柳丁價格更高出三倍之多。九五機制協助日後滯銷的高麗菜、香蕉、柿子等各項農產，保障廣大農民生計。
The Orange Campaign ─Speak for orange farmers and impel the government to found an emergency measure for agricultural products: “95% mechanism.” The website was established when the price of one orange was lower than 1 dollar, and launched “The Orange Campaign” for the farmers, impelled the government to found an mechanism that the products would be directly purchased when the price was lower than 95% of its costs, and the price in the market was stabilized 3 times than original situation, this mechanism was then applied to unmarketable cabbages, bananas and persimmons to protect farmers’ rights and interests.
06.福爾摩沙青少年創作展
Formosa Creation and Art Exhibition
─ Since 2006 (16歲 ) ─
農村有許多深具才華的青少年，卻因資源不足而受限、徬徨茫然，因此沈芯菱將原先攝影個展的舞臺，擴大為青少年的創作平臺，廣獲各校師生熱烈響應，續辦兩屆活動，鼓舞兩百多名學子築夢踏實，其成果獲得國家藝文界崇高榮耀「文馨獎」，建請政府制定「青少年創作月」，共同提升臺灣新世代的文創軟實力。
Formosa Creation and Art Exhibition of Teenagers─ This exhibition had been held twice and had founded 112 teenagers for their creation and in Cultural Center Exhibition Hall, building up confidence of so many teenagers who were from financially disadvantaged families. And suggested the government to found “Teenagers’ creation month” and to establish international creation platform, promoting creation in Taiwan could be seen worldwide.
07.原鄉愛心電子辭典
Love of Hometown E-dictionary Donation
─ Since 2007 (17歲 ) ─
早期原鄉數位落差甚鉅，儘管學校有電腦設備，卻常因師資不足而成為空殼，「英文」更成為學童畏懼的科目。沈芯菱拋磚引玉1,600多台電子辭典贈數十個原住民部落，是許多學童第一台科技應用良伴，寓教於樂，重建多元學習的自信和樂趣。

臺灣素有「近視王國」之稱，許多偏鄉學生因經濟弱勢、難以啟齒而錯過黃金矯正期，導致自卑及學習落後的惡性循環，沈芯菱提供弱勢生免費驗光、矯正與配鏡，以及舉辦宣導講習營，改善學生視力與學習品質，敦促政府重視弱勢生的視力問題，啟發各界關注，為弱勢帶來「新視界」的希望。
A Brand New World─Free glasses for the needy Taiwan, as a kingdom of myopia, there are so many kids who come from families which can’t afford the glasses therefore learning gap between city and countryside is generated, free glasses, optometry and adjustment for kids raised by grandparents, single parents or foreign parents, suggest government to subsidy those kids who need glasses but cannot afford, many people respond to this proposal.

臺灣有五十萬名新移民配偶，來自中國、越南、印尼、泰國、菲律賓、柬埔寨等地，沈芯菱協助新移民熟悉臺灣環境及交流互動，免費提供閩南語影音教學、線上模擬考駕照、生活須知、法律諮詢、婦女權益、母語教學、傳統歌謠、風俗民情等多元文化資源。同時讓大眾尊重、友善新移民，不再有歧視、偏見與不公對待，傳遞臺灣社會溫暖的情誼。

Declaration of Cambodia's Education

柬埔寨是東亞區失學率最高的國家之一，有著嚴重的童工勞役、疾病疫情、貧困難民等問題。當時青少年的沈芯菱雖能力有限、但關懷無限，發動柬國失學兒童宣言，E世界領袖及Hope攜手計畫，籲請各國領袖人道援助，拯救迫切的饑荒、疾病及失學待援問題，同時促進臺灣民眾瞭解柬國現況，有志一同關懷世界貧窮線下的兒童。
Declaration of Cambodia’s Education ─Initiate E-world leadership, hand-in-hand program and declaration of education, hoping to integrate humanitarian aids from all over the world, starting from education, medication and basic construction, helping children in Cambodia to accept education and hopefully one day no longer suffer from poverty.

原住民文化淵源流長，卻因時代變遷面臨消逝的危境，親訪田調蘭嶼達悟族飛魚祭、台東布農族打耳祭、宜蘭泰雅族豐年祭、屏東排灣族豐年祭、花蓮阿美族海祭、西拉雅族太祖夜祭、苗栗泰雅族豐年祭、阿里山鄒族戰祭等各族山海偏鄉部落，並記錄萬禎影像與口述歷史，傳承珍貴的原鄉史紀，讓新生代以原住民文化為榮。

社會急遽變遷，青少年問題層出不窮，尤其身處偏鄉的孩子面對親子溝通、人際關係、課業壓力、生涯規劃等難題，少有紓解管道而不慎誤入歧途。此計畫透過線上視訊、Email窗口、生命教育課程引導學子正向思考，自2002年迄今累積12,475小時線上輔導、26,875封通信，成為孩子信任的學習夥伴。

捐贈7,300件服裝送愛台灣老農、
非洲、尼泊爾、印度、柬埔寨
感念老農一生為土地及家園奉獻，與家人誠心製作4,000件專為農民耕作專用服裝，廣為免費贈送台灣農友。而在地球的另一端，許多人更因為衣物的磨損、長時間的紫外線曝曬，導致皮膚病惡化，因而生產3,300件服裝及織品，遠贈非洲(肯亞、烏干達、坦桑尼亞、盧安達、桑比亞、剛果、南蘇丹)、尼泊爾、印度、柬埔寨等地，為當地人捎來一份綿薄的心意，同時幫助弱勢家庭代工們增添收入。

16.柚來做公益
助農扶弱 ，六萬多斤的愛
自2001年起助百位老農網銷數百萬斤農產，但2018年盛產面臨滯銷困境，不捨老農們寢食難安、甚而積勞成疾，沈芯菱推動「柚來做公益」，獨力認捐一萬多斤老農/貧農文旦，贈送全台兩千多戶：單親失親、三失老人、外籍配偶、身障啟智、育幼院、特偏鄉原民等清寒家庭。翻山越嶺，來到海拔1400多公尺的尖石泰雅部落、崩塌走山危機的仁愛鄉、玉山腳下的布農族、愛不止息的六龜育幼院……。走訪偏鄉，挨家挨戶、緊握著身障朋友的雙手、凝視失智老人的臉龐、擁抱失親孩子的臂膀、傾聽心聲，讓人不禁眼泛淚光。並結合食農教育、鄉土教學、藝術創作、環境保育等系列課程，以及建立平台、發起社會參與，共同助農扶弱。

安安免費教學網站 6E品格教育
眼前社會亂象紛沓、是非混淆，充斥著扭曲的價值觀，耳濡目染之中，會出現什麼樣的下一代？所謂「不辦教育，將蓋監獄」，台灣長期注重學科教育，易忽略「品格教育」是同等重要。安安網站前十年致力學科建置與推廣，累積許多成果並啟發各界投入。接著十年打造「6E品格教育工程」(The Six Es of Character Education)，彙編國內外三千部動畫影片、七十萬字教案、試卷與學習單，啟動全國368鄉鎮巡迴品格演講列車，深訪校園巡講，共營學養兼備的世代。

HOPE 1132偏鄉校園生命教育列車
1,132，在統計數字上，是台灣偏鄉校園的數量，而在真實生活中，則是在山巔海角，每個渴望求知的臉龐。隨著公益的遍及，偏鄉物質條件逐漸改善，然而許多學童的心靈似有徬徨不安，「知識」是改變的關鍵，透過教科書人物走出課本，從山之巔到海之濱，遍訪台澎金馬蘭綠偏鄉校園，傳遞生命教育、成長抗壓、品格價值、多元學習與國際視野等主題，觸動心弦，開啟封閉的窗，學習「轉彎思考」，改變生命態度、創造人生的轉捩點。
Knowledge Project HOPE 1132 Schools in Remote Countries Life Education Lecture Tour 1,132,statistically, is the number of schools in remote places in Taiwan. In reality, it means the places where the kids who desire to go to school (or to receive education). Hsin-Ling Shen, who has being a character in the textbook, has traveled through Taiwan main island, Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Land and Lanyu, while she visited many schools in remoted places. She initiated this Enlightenment Project to help kids to open their mind, change their attitude to life, and to create new opportunity through sharing her one sentence and one concept.

愛老農挺傳產-S.O.S.防疫送暖
製捐防護帽/面罩/口罩/急救包
2018年起至今贈送3,700份急救包到各地偏鄉 (內含：止血帶/碘酒消毒棒/繃帶/OK蹦/口罩/紗布片/口哨/鑷子等實用急救品)並編製養生保健卡 (如：養生十巧/坐骨神經痛/穴道按摩等)、急救步驟 (如:燒燙傷/骨折/止血/農業中毒/CPR/哈姆立克等)、安心專線(全國保護/失智症關懷/防治安心/生命線等)。
2020~2021年新冠疫情(Covid-19)危機之際，我們支薪待業婦女製作6,800多組防護帽/面罩/ 布口罩 ，贈送免疫力微弱的老農民/攤販，(1)使待業婦女能發揮所長、獲得收入；(2)老農民及攤販能守護健康，讓客人安心惠顧；(3)採用可重複洗滌使用之環保材質，能長期保存配戴，預防農藥中毒等傳染疾病。
看著老農們臉上洋溢質樸的笑容，說起：「甘溫啊～戴面罩安全，客人也敢來買菜」、「阮會用來保護健康，歡喜呷百二啦！」、「這帽子真便利，噴農藥好用，不然每次噴完都頭昏昏，足賀欸」。燃起對生活的盼望，我們更加深信「愛與希望，比病毒蔓延得更快」，眾志成城、齊心抗疫。

草根台灣臉譜史料典藏
知識份子是每個國家的良知，要堅毅不屈地為人民發言。下世紀的子孫將如何認識台灣？統治者階級的書寫中，何處可尋庶民註腳？一部缺乏底層觀點的歷史，形同是失根的大樹，土地與人民正是家園的基石。以新世代的角度、宏觀視野及國際脈動，尋訪7,835村裡，深入基層田野，影像紀實、口述歷史，數位歷史典藏資料庫，發掘珍貴的在地精神，傾聽人民的訴求與心聲，共同保存臺灣人文的一畝良田，豐沃滋長。

2005 (14 years old) attended the 49th Women's Summit (UN-CSW) at the UN Headquarters in New York and served as a UN Peace Initiative Volunteer (UNV) for Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania. Sustainable development of grassroots education, health, rural development, youth micro-credit, and women's rights in slums in Tanzania, Kenya, Ghanaian, and Uganda.
